Q: What payment methods are supported?

All payments are processed through a professional third-party payment system to ensure the security of your payment information. We will not store your complete payment card details.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
A: Order cancellation or modification is only allowed within 24 hours of successful payment and before the order is processed. To cancel or modify an order, please log in to your account, find the relevant order, and submit a cancellation/modification request. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original unused condition, with intact packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories. Returns caused by product quality defects, wrong size, or wrong delivery can enjoy free return shipping. Returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind) require you to bear the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customized products are not eligible for return unless there are quality defects.
Q: How long will it take to receive the refund after returning the goods?
